Where do appointments take place?
You can visit Charlotte at her home or request a mobile appointment in Reigate, Smallfield or Horley. The exact address and arrival details are shared privately when a home-based appointment is confirmed.
How do I book?
Email charlotte@charlotteglow.co.uk with the treatment, preferred dates and appointment type. Please include your postcode for a mobile visit. Your appointment is confirmed when Charlotte agrees the details with you.
How much does a mobile appointment cost?
The price list shows a separate mobile price for every treatment, including the local call-out cost. For example, gel polish on hands is £30 for a mobile visit. Compare the Home price and Mobile price columns. Availability and postcode are confirmed before booking.
Will I need a patch test?
Tint treatments require suitability checks and may require a patch test in advance, according to the specific product instructions and Charlotte’s insurance requirements. Ask before booking; do not assume a previous test with another provider is sufficient.
Is gel removal included?
Removal, repairs and nail art are not included in the published gel polish prices. Tell Charlotte what is currently on your nails so she can advise and confirm any additional cost before booking.
Do you offer lash extensions or lash lifts?
The current menu includes lash tinting, not lash extensions or lash lifts. The studio image is a brand illustration and does not expand the treatment menu.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact Charlotte as soon as possible. Any deposit and cancellation conditions will be agreed with you before the appointment is confirmed.
